What does it take to be the industry leader?
THE ANSWER: THE NEW PACK MULE STANDARD!
With the new Pack Mule NXG, Pack Mule has set a new standard for industrial electric vehicles—A/C-powered machines that run longer, are safer, and require virtually no maintenance.
Here are a few of the benefits you get that are standard on Pack Mules. Some are available on other manufacturers’ products at extra cost, and some aren’t available from them at any price. That’s what puts the Pack Mule in a class by itself..
- Three times the warranty—the only 3-year warranty in the industry.Three Times the WarrantyWhen Pack Mule introduced the 3-year warranty, the standard in the industry was one year. It still is, although one company has announced that it now offers a two-year warranty. And unlike competitor warranty upgrades, Pack Mule’s standard warranty has no hours limitation. Our warranty shows just how much confidence we have in our vehicles.
- Up to twice the run time—due to Pack Mule’s 245 amp/hour batteries, regenerative braking and superior tires.245 Amp/Hour BatteriesPack Mule’s greater amp/hour ratings mean longer runtime between charges, longer battery life and, ultimately, a lower vehicle life-cycle cost. Pack Mule’s 245 amp/hour batteries have the highest rating in the industry; competitors’ batteries range from 185 amp/hours to 220 amp/hours. Other manufacturers do offer a high capacity battery option, but usually at an upgrade price of $1,000 or more.
- Sturdier construction—fully welded 14-gauge diamond plated constructionand 6-Ply, Load Range C tires14-Gauge Diamond Plated ConstructionPack Mule vehicles are used in high volume, heavy-use applications; so we build them with a heavy-duty 14-gauge, genuine diamond-plated body. Most manufacturers use a lighter-weight 16-gauge steel that is either smooth or diamond embossed. Neither is as strong as Pack Mule’s..6-Ply, Load Range C TiresLoad Range is a rating of how much load or weight the tire is designed to carry and indicates a nominal ply rating. Pack Mule’s Load Range C tire has a 6-ply rating and a load capacity per tire of 1,820 lbs. Most manufacturers use Load Range B tires that have a maximum load capacity of 1,430 lbs. per tire. Load Range C tires also have a higher inflation rating, which means that with any given load there is less tire friction, saving energy and increasing runtime.
- Your vehicle your way—the exact configuration you need and delivered more quickly, at typically about 80% quicker.Exact Configuration and Delivered More QuicklyWith industrial electric vehicles, the question is not how quickly you can get a vehicle, but how quickly you can get one that fits your specific needs. Pack Mule ships every EV from our plant rather than stocking generic models at dealers. At typically we ship these configured-to-order vehicles in two to fifteen days.
